Mc7 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets the terms and conditions governing use of the mc7 platform by all users in Malaysia.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the provisions set forth herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by mc7 via our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the mc7 platform.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and mc7 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The mc7 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 years or older. By registering an account, you confirm you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
To access full mc7 services, you must register an account providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for ensuring the information you submit during registration is correct and for updating it if any changes occur.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in closure of all relevant accounts without prior notice.
Password and Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. mc7 is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mc7 immediately.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
Mc7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activities, provided false information, or used the platform illegally. For account closures due to violations, any valid remaining funds after deducting liabilities will be processed according to the platform’s applicable policy at that time.
Platform Usage Rules
Mc7 users agree not to use this platform for any illegal purposes or activities prohibited by these terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or other methods to unlawfully access or use the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functions of the mc7 platform or servers.
- Sharing, selling or transferring your mc7 account to others.
- Use another user’s account information without their consent.
- Taking any action intended to manipulate game results or platform systems.
- Distributing content containing viruses, malware or harmful code via the platform.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure and legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
Payment Information, Transactions and Liability Limits
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the mc7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users can deposit using available local payment methods including FPX and supported e-wallets. Deposit and withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and the policies of the respective payment service providers.
Mc7 is not responsible for any delays or failures in transactions caused by third parties including banks or payment providers. Users must ensure the payment information they provide is accurate and up-to-date.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, mc7 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. mc7’s total liability to any user will not exceed the amount paid by the user to mc7 in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.
The mc7 platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including suitability for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the mc7 platform are the exclusive property of mc7 or their respective license holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute or use any content without prior written permission from mc7.
Third-Party Links
The mc7 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. mc7 does not control their content and is not responsible for their privacy policies, content, or practices. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk, and we encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of any external websites visited.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Mc7 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the mc7 platform shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent Malaysian courts.
